- Ashli Babbit (only individual killed on January 6): Shot by U.S. Capitol Police
- Kevin Greeson: Hypertensive Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease (Natural Causes)
- Benjamin Phillips: Hypertensive Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease (Natural Causes)
- Roseanne Boyland: Acute Amphetamine Intoxication (Accident)
Afterwards: January - July 2021
- Officer Brian Sicknick: Stroke (January 7)
- Officer Howard Liebengood: Suicide (January 9)
- Officer Jeffrey Smith: Suicide (January 15)
- Officer Kyle DeFreytag: Suicide (July 10) - Note: DeFreytag was not present during the riot; he was deployed later that night to enforce curfew
- Officer Gunther Hashida: Suicide (July 29) - Note: The Washington Post reports "authorities drew no connection between the riot and his death."
