Between December 1-31, 2025, Media Research Center (MRC) researchers examined the top 20 AllSides-rated news stories featured on Apple News each day at approximately 10am ET. Researchers used the AllSides media bias ratings, which categorize an outlet as “left,” “lean left,” “center,” “lean right” or “right” to determine the overall bias presented by Apple News and analyzed the results.

Researchers found that Apple featured 620 top stories from left-leaning and other outlets in December 2025, compared to zero from right-leaning outlets.
